"letters from soomaa" is a project of mardu studio in co-operation with artist ulla saar, to give a little twisted view, to what's hiding behind the thick "green curtain" - forests and morning mist of soomaa. in the series of postcards different characters appear to tell their stories, revealing the secrets of the national park.


greating "letters from soomaa", old and new tales have been put together as a sketchbook for you to remember and share your visit to soomaa in a old-fashioned way.

all the income and "fame", from the postcards will be used to upgrade our granary building to an artist residency.
